 Alabama Duck Stamps

The Alabama Waterfowl Stamp program began in 1979. The competition ended in 2019 after a 40 year span. The revenue from the sale of the stamp is used to purchase, establish or improve migratory waterfowl in the state. A state stamp and a federal stamp are required to hunt migratory waterfowl in Alabama. The contest has featured 25 different winning artists. Jim Denney is the only four time winner in state history winning the contest in 2007, 2011, 2015, & 2019.
